Leonardo’s Basement has hosted more than two decades of summer workshops for kids & teens, and they are always full of surprises. No two workshops look exactly the same, ever. Students make the big decisions about what they make, and how they make it, so we never know what will be created day-to-day and week-to-week! Some workshops are very open ended (like Build What You Want and Creativity Convention) others focus on a project theme (like Faerie Houses and Game Design) and some offer a specific tool or technology (like Welding , Animation and CAD Design) and some lean into the need to play outside and build collaboratively like our Big Builds and Adventure Playground. It’s S-T-E-A-M in different combinations and proportion for each kid every day on each project. Please enjoy these images from summer 2023!
